5. New freinds?
" Hey, Kevin! You know what? I found out from Nicole's mind that there are more shape-shifters around Forks and La Push too! You want to check it out? Can we?Can we, please? Please? PLEASE?! "
" What? What? Slow down, Leon! One thing at a time! What is it? " Kevin asked.
" I want to go look for more shape-shifters! Please, Kevin? Please? "
" Sure! Let's go look for more newborn shape-shifter friends! We'll have a party! It'll be a blast! " Kevin said sarcastically. " No! Absolutely not! " He stopped, his eyes were wide seeing something else. Uh-oh. After a few seconds, he gasped. " You're going anyway! Aren't you?! Are you insane?! What if you get hurt?! Are you trying to kill yourself, Leon?! "
" Yea, right, " I scoffed. " I'd just love to get hurt so easily like that. I'm not a piece of meat you know? I won't get hurt. Don't get hysterical. C'mon, Kevin... Don't be a spoil sport. Please? "
Kevin glowered at me for a whole minute! " Fine! " he choked out, finally. " But I'm not driving. You are! Got it?! We'll go this Saturday, " Kevin said unhappily.
" Whoo-hoo! Thanks for letting me drive! " I grinned at him.
" Reckless, " Kevin said.
" Should we bring Nicole? " I asked cautiously.
" NO! "
" Okay, okay. Just a thought. Don't have to get mad. Geez, " I said. " Saturday, going to look for shape-shifters. Whoo! " I chanted happily.

" Are we going to look in town first?" I asked. " Or are we going to La Push first?" I finished. I was driving my red Ferrari. I could hear it purring as I drove.
" La Push, I guess. Thats the best place to start."
" 'Kay."

When we were at La Push - withing fifteen minutes because I was driving-, I saw some girls'. They were like really tall muscular girls. They looked like they hung out at the gym every free moment they had. One of the girls, she looked, sort of, out of place. but not that much muscle on her. She had long strawberry blonde curls which hung just above her waist. Her face was sort of adorable and she had light russet coloured skin. I thought she was king of cute,- Kevin just made a face at her- until I heard what she was thinking, ' Why is that weird vampire staring at me like that? ' I knew what she was too. Her first Phase was pretty cool. Then she looked at me. I was kind of shocked when I saw she was glaring at me, but I didn't let it show on my face. So i looked at her and flashed a brilliant smile at her, my teeth glinted under the sun. Kevin, well, he's Kevin, so he glared back at her, fuming. I looked at him and I saw that he was like, really angry. " Kevin? Bro' ? You alright?" I asked concerningly. My eyes widened as I heard what she was thinking about Kevin.
" I'm fine," He growled. I let this round of shock show on my face. I stiffened at their thoughts. Kevin, the most sosiable person I knew. Why was he angry with that weirdo phoenix girl?
" You want to go home or something? It's okay, man. I'll just come myself another time," I said stiffly, but cautiously.
" No." His eyes narrowed. " It's fine," He said through gritted teeth.
" 'Kay." I got out of the car and stalked forward, towards the girl. " What's your deal, woman? Or should I say, phoenix?" I sneered - I made phoenix sound like a bad word-. I could feel a snarl ripping through my chest. I barred my teeth and growled at her viciously.
" What?!" She asked rudely. " Why are you vampire's in La Push?! What do you want?! " She asked furiously.
" What's your problem, bird ? Why can't we be in La Push? Answer that! Phoenix freak!" I glowered at her. Who cares if she's a girl? I'd hit her if I must! She's a freak!
" This is our land! " She glowered. For a girl, She's really not afraid of being murdered.
" Our?" I asked enthusiastically, and my eyes lit up. " Are there more of you?" I asked again, trying to keep my voice neutral.
" Of course, you idiot vampire!"
" Awsome! " i shouted, unable to contain my exitement any longer. " Can I meet them, Louise Tasya? Please?" That, caught her off guard. Guess not many immortals come around here looking for shape-shifters. I smirked at her shocked face.
She composed herself. " Shut up! You... You useless infant!" She roared at me.
" What? What did you call me?" I asked. My voice broke at the end of the sentence. How could anyone, call me that?! " You better watch it now, birdy girl! No one, call's Leon Hale an infant!" I spat the last word out. " No one! You hear me?!"
" Really? Infant," She made a clucking sound with the T.
That really did it. Calling me an infant! I lost myself. I lunged at her, going for her neck so I could end her life quickly and nicely.
